Ant Financial CEO Club 2020

In 2020, I served as the lead creative for Ant Financial’s CEO Club employee event, an internal celebration designed to bring teams together through a bold, festival-inspired experience. Tasked with designing both the experience journey and the visual world, I helped shape an environment that captured the energy and spirit of a music festival—a vibrant escape from the corporate norm. From layout to lighting, stage design to branded moments, every element was crafted to feel communal, expressive, and joyfully unexpected.

The creative strategy focused on celebration, connection, and collective rhythm, transforming the event into a space where employees could let loose, feel recognized, and build stronger bonds beyond the workplace.
